Postage and Shipping Policy

Flat Rate Postage — $12.95 We keep postage simple with a flat rate of $12.95 for all orders up to 5kg. That means you can order up to 4 large Monaco Frosted Glass Jars in a single order and still pay just $12.95 — a great opportunity to stock up or explore a few new fragrances without the postage adding up.

Orders Over 5kg For larger orders exceeding 5kg, postage is calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight. In the rare event that an adjustment is required, we will contact you before processing any difference.

Order Processing Orders are generally packed and dispatched within 48 hours (business days). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are packed on the next business day. During sales, launches or peak periods, processing may take a little longer, and we'll let you know if there's a delay. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

Delivery Rendezvous Candle Co delivers to all areas of Australia serviced by Australia Post. Please allow 3–10 business days for delivery once your order has been dispatched.
