Shipping policy

A flat rate of $12.95 will be charged for orders up to 5kg, in line with current Australia Post postage pricing. 

Rendezvous Candle Co offers deliveries to all areas of Australia serviced by Australia Post.    Please allow 3 - 10 business days for delivery.  All care is taken when packing your goods, however in the event of a broken or faulty product, please contact anita@rendezvouscandleco.com.au.   Please refer to Damages and Issues in the Refund Policy. 

Please note:  Shipping/postage rate calculations are automatically calculated in the shopping cart.  For larger orders where there are multiple heavy items, there may be a need for shipping/postage rate adjustments.   If this is the case, we will contact you to discuss and advise of any difference in the shipping amount.
