Postage and Shipping Policy

Flat Rate Postage — $12.95 We keep postage simple with a flat rate of $12.95 for all orders up to 5kg. That means you can order up to 4 large Monaco Frosted Glass Jars in a single order and still pay just $12.95 — a great opportunity to stock up or explore a few new fragrances without the postage adding up.

Orders Over 5kg For larger orders exceeding 5kg, postage is calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight. In the rare event that an adjustment is required, we will contact you before processing any difference.

Delivery Rendezvous Candle Co delivers to all areas of Australia serviced by Australia Post. Please allow 3–10 business days for delivery once your order has been dispatched.

Damaged or Faulty Items All orders are carefully packed to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If you receive a broken or faulty product, please contact us at anita@rendezvouscandleco.com.au. For further information, please refer to the Damages and Issues section of our Refund Policy.
