Check your order status

Open your order confirmation email or text message and select View your order to access your private order-status page. If you received a shipping confirmation email, you can also follow the order or tracking link in that message.

You may be asked to sign in or verify your order number and the email address or phone number used at checkout.

Looking for delivery updates?

Where tracking has been added to your order, your order-status page or shipping confirmation includes a tracking link. Carrier updates depend on the delivery service, so tracking may not be available for every parcel.

Can’t find your confirmation?

Search your inbox for Rendezvous Candle Co and check your junk or spam folder. If you still need a hand, reply to an email from us with your order number, if you have it, and the name used at checkout. We’ll help you check on your order.
